Thee Privileged Pet offers positive reinforcement training classes for dogs
of all ages.
OUR MISSION? To assist you in building and maintaining a Lifelong, Loving Relationship
with your pet through a Positive, Consistent, and Well-Socialized Program. All training
methods are strictly positive, using reinforcement and behavior modification through
food/reward luring, clicker training, and shaping to build confidence and trust in you
as the Leader resulting in pleasing and rewarding behavior for you and your dog. Simply
put, we REINFORCE THE POSITIVE AND IGNORE THE NEGATIVE, RELYING on the introduction of
desired alternative behaviors to replace less pleasing behavior.
Both Private and Group Courses are available, as well as consultation for specific Behavioral Issues.
Our two programs, Canine Manners and
Puppy Class, are based on the "Nothing in
Life is Free" philosophy. This non-confrontational approach uses positive
reinforcement methods to:
- Reduce, control and prevent
dominant and/or aggressive
behaviors in dogs
- Teach dogs the skills they need
to become (and remain!) well-mannered members of your family
